Installation

Winnebago City No. 30 Odd Fellows and Starlight No. 11 Rebekah lodges will have a Joint Installation of Officers ceremony on Thursday, October 2 at the Winnebago Municipal Center. A planned potluck will be at 6:30 p.m. followed by the installation ceremony. A inspirational speech given by the 2024 Pilgrimage for Youth scholarship winner will be replayed. This unique Educational Program brings together high school students from around the world to study and learn about our government. For young adults interested in world affairs, international relations, economics and/or political sciences this is an opportunity of a lifetime to observe in person while exchanging views on education, politics and religion.
