Breathwork is a therapeutic tool for self-exploration and remarkable healing through the transformative potential of nonordinary states of consciousness. In this workshop, we will discuss several styles of breathwork, practice guiding others through processing difficult emotions, and learn about how the PolyVagal Theory can be applied to heal the nervous system from unresolved trauma. This workshop is for novices and frequent breathers alike.
