Equinox Sound Bath and Meditation

Join this meditative experience to explore the balance of light and dark at the autumnal equinox.

Host will utilize a variety of sound bowls, chimes, and drums to lead a 90 minute guided meditation through equal day and night, and into the darkest part of the year.
