The 36th annual Junebug Jog, hosted by William Newton Hospital and Winfield Recreation Commission offers a road race for all ages. Choose to run or walk the scenic course that starts and ends near the main entrance of Winfield High School.

6:45 am - Packet Pick-up & Race Day Entries (registration closes 10 minutes before each event)
8:00 am - 10k & 5K Run/Walk
8:10 am - 1-Mile Run/Walk
9:00 am - Jr. Junebug 100-Meter Dash (Ages 8 & Under) (not timed)
9:20 am - Awards

10k, 5K, or 1-Mile Run/Walk: All participants receive a t-shirt, race bib, and FREE finish line photos printed and mailed to your doorstep! (*bib # must be visible)
10k - $30 through June 13; $35 Race Day
5k - $25 through June 13; $30 Race Day
1-Mile - $20 through June 13; $25 Race Day
Jr. Junebug 100-Meter Dash (ages 8 and under): All junior participants receive a medal and a sweet surprise!
$5 no shirt; $7 Race Day
$12 with shirt; $14 Race Day
𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀 & 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 - 𝗡𝗘𝗪!
Make the Junebug Jog a party! A prize will be awarded to the "Best Dressed" group or team, and shoutouts will be made during the post-race awards ceremony.
GROUP: Participants can create a group of family, friends, coworkers, or run club members on their own.
CORPORATE TEAM: Sponsorships for teams of up to 10 participants are available. Contact our race director to learn about special rates and perks.
𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀
The 10k, 5K, and 1-Mile Run/Walk will be digitally timed by TimerGuys. Medals will be given in the following categories:
- Overall Male/Female
- Top 2 Male/Female for 10 & under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60+
+ Snacks and refreshments will be served at the finish line.
+ Door prize drawings for all timed events will occur after the race events.
+ To guarantee your shirt on race day, register by May 28.
+ Processing fees apply to all online registrations. You may register in person at the Winfield Recreation Commission during office hours.
