Womens Self-Defense Class

Our next public Women’s Self-Defense Class will be held Saturday, July 19, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at our karate & self-defense studio in Windsor! Register at https://martialartswindsor.com/self-defense or call 970-217-0501.

This class is $49 per person and includes a self-defense keychain, which we'll teach you how to use in the class! The class is open to teenagers and up. This is great class for moms to do with their teenage daughters, for college girls, and high school girls preparing to head to college!

Our "Refuse to be a Victim" Women's Self-Defense Classes (and private lessons) are held at our karate and self-defense studio at 1180 West Ash Street in Windsor.

We offer our Level One Women’s Self-Defense Class open to the public several times a year. We do private classes with groups and private lessons all the time, so please call us 970-217-0501 if you’d like more info on those options.
