Sound Bath Healing

Sound Bath Healing is the sanctuary within, a place away from the demands and distractions of life. Allowing the body to fully relax with the aid of frequency and vibration, and sound. This will illicit peace and calm, and aid healing and clarity.

Using specific vibrations, guided meditation and breath work, you will release tension, renew wellbeing, and potentially manifest a better sense of self.
