Join OIC of Rocky Mount’s Local Reentry Council for a powerful Ice Cream Social on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 12:00–3:00 PM at Open Door Church in Windsor, NC.
This event is all about second chances and supporting justice-involved neighbors as they return home to Bertie & Hertford Counties. While enjoying FREE ice cream and family fun, you’ll also find real opportunities for change.
