Bird Watching Event

Join DeForest Park and Recreation for an exciting bird-watching event in the picturesque Upper Yahara River Trail. Whether you're an avid birder or just starting out, this event promises to be a memorable experience for nature enthusiasts of all ages (8+). Led by experienced bird guide Ed Saur, participants will have the opportunity to observe a wide variety of bird species in their natural habitat. Opportunities to spot resident and migratory bird species, including Warblers, Flycatchers, Thrushes, Kinglets, Woodpeckers & more. This event is free for all participants. Registration deadline: May 6th.
