About the event

Bird walk at Paradise Park - Lake Runnemede
Grab your binoculars and join the Upper Valley Land Trust and Paradise Park Commission for a 1.5 mile walk at Paradise Park in Windsor, VT.

This bird hotspot offers an excellent opportunity to see migrating warblers and other songbirds preparing for their journey south. UVLT’s Holly Henderson and Alexander van Engelen will help participants identify birds by sight and sound, and will be accompanied by Jim Bennett from the Paradise Park Commission who can answer questions about the lake and wetland communities on the property.

We will meet at the Price Chopper at 2725 US-5 North, Windsor, VT 05089 and cross the street to enter Paradise Park via Eddie’s Place. Please wear clothing and footwear appropriate for being outdoors.

Event is free, but registration is required as attendance is limited 15.
