Join Coach J and Jazz as we a hike and network with likeminded individual's looking to prioritizing their mental health and wellness. This hike will be roughly 3 in a half hours longs,there and back and roughly 7.5 miles total. It takes about 1hour and 30 mins to get here so make sure to plan accordingly and leave on time. This hike is open to both men and women. Please no small children & plese do not come if you have a current injury or just recovering from an injury. This is an advanced hike and not a hike for beginners or children.
We will be offering a carpool option from a Norristown meet up point. If you would like to carpool there will be a $20 fee for Gas.
