Dark Dam Halloween trail run

Don't be afraid of the Dark! 

Entries are now open for Dark Dam - a spine-tingling night trail run this Halloween organised by the Wednesday Social Running Crew (WSRC). Scan the QR code on the poster or go to https://sites.google.com/view/w-s-r-c/races-events/2025-races-events/dark-dam for more information and the entry link.

On Friday 31 October 2025 you can explore the Avis Dam trails by moonlight and take on the 3km 7km or 15km route. Security & marshals from Xiphos Protection Group will be on all routes to ensure everyone's safety. 

🔆 Headlamps/lights are compulsory

🤠 Costumes are optional but highly encouraged!

👨‍👧 Children (under 12 years old) must be accompanied by an adult

15km trail run - N$200 (experienced runners only)

7km trail run/walk - N$150

3km trail run/walk - N$80

Eagles Beer Garden is the venue and start/finish hub where food and drink specials will be flowing all evening. Up for grabs are lucky draw prizes from Outdoor Centre Obeco and N!A Caps - so make sure you don't miss out!
