Lowell Preserve & Firebird Course Preview

Sunday Run Lowell Preserve - 8:00am (NOTE EARLIER START TIME) - Group run and Firebird Trail Races Course Preview

This will be a planned 10 - 13 mile trail run on the Firebird course but runners are welcome to do only a portion (map will be in the Strava group for navigation assistance). These trails are moderately technical and challenging, please plan accordingly and bring fuel and hydration to meet your needs.

Common sense protocols: please do not attend if you are not feeling well. Trail running is inherently risky and your attendance indicates your acceptance of this risk.
