RULES
-Hmong Rules
- No Divisions (Open/AA/BB/Gold/Silver).
-Open to everyone.
- Players CANNOT Play on More than One Team.
- Players HAVE to be on Your Team Roster.

Flag Football
Rules:
6 players on each side of the field. (Offense/Defense)
Only 1 center on offense snapping ball
Center can snap the ball regularly or side ways, being eligible to catch and run
QB can run ONLY if being rushed at by defender
QB has 5 seconds to throw the ball, if ball is not thrown within the 5 seconds he is
considered down
If QB is blitz by a defender, the 5 seconds is dead, allowing the QB to run or throw the
ball until he is sacked behind line of scrimmage
Defenders can blitz on any down
Blocking is allowed with full contact but dirty hits or blind sides are prohibited and will
results as a unnecessary roughness
Time and Play Rules:
Two 15 min Halves
5 min Halftime
2 Timeouts for each team per half
Play clock is 30 seconds, will start after Referee places ball down at the line of
scrimmage
TDs are 6pts, conversions are 1 pt at 5 yard line and 2pts at 10 yards
Game clock of the first half will run all the way unless there is a timeout or conversion.
Second half will run all the way to 2 min warning. Clock will only stop if ran out of
bounds, dropped pass, Turnover or Timeout.
Yards:
60 yards for field play, First downs will be 20 yards from each cone
Offense will start on 5 yard line unless ball is received on spot after a turnover
4 downs of play for offense
Penalties:
Offsides, Neutral Zone Infraction, Illegal Formation, Illegal Motion, Delay of Game, or
False Starts are all 5 yard penalties with repeat of downs.
Illegal Blocks, Offensive and Defensive Holding, Unnecessary Roughness, Roughing the passer, Flag Guardian, and Personal Foul are all 10 yard penalties.
Pass Interference is a 15 yard penalty and a AUTOMATIC 1st dow.
Register your team by 12 p.m. by February 28th in order to take part in Flag Football and the host will be doing the drawing by 8pm on Friday night. Contact with Host.
