Being a pre-teen girl can be tough. Being the mom or female caregiver of a pre-teen girl can be tough, too sometimes. There may be subjects that can be uncomfortable to talk about.

Windber GYN Associates is here to help both moms or female caregivers and daughters navigate tricky topics of adolescence, such as:
