This series is designed for all pregnant mothers who wish to connect more deeply with their bodies and their desires for birth and postpartum.
Each gathering begins with gentle movement—prenatal yoga and intuitive practices—to support you during pregnancy while preparing body and mind for labor. We then move into the circle space, where we explore our inner desires, share experiences, and create a web of support for one another.
Together, we will dive into:

✨ Poses that open the body while protecting the perineum
✨ The cervix–vulva–throat connection: a pathway to dilation and release
✨ Supporting oxytocin flow for labor, birth, and bonding
✨ Baby’s first breaths & mother’s intuition

✨ Building your postpartum support village
✨ Baby’s movement and natural reflexes
