It's a new year, but a centuries-old tradition! Ceilidh, barn dancing, village dances — they’re all part of the same global impulse to create joy through shared movement.
As always, we'll have high-energy dancing with the WinQeilidh Band at Holy Trinity church hall -- our fabulous, friendly, accessible venue.
Our ceilidh is gender-free, queer-, trans-, and family-friendly, and always welcoming.
Ceilidh dancing is traditional social dancing for groups; you don't need a partner and we teach as we go along, so it's a perfect opportunity to try something new with friends.
£10 general admission; £5 students/low income, £15 supporters. We accept cash and card on the door.
