October Yoga in the Gardens

Start the day with a morning yoga session in the MSV gardens led by certified yoga instructor Amy Hope-Gentry. Unwind in the autumn garden scenery and cultivate inner peace through dynamic movements, deep stretches, and mindful transitions. All skill levels welcome.

MSV members: $12; all others: $17. Register by October 2; register online or call 540-662-1473, ext. 240. Bring a yoga mat. Walk-ins welcome as space permits. Rain location: MSV Reception Hall.
