Lawn Boys emerged from a late 2020 music series in Hampton Roads, where rotating groups of local musicians paid tribute to legendary acts. What began as a one-off collaboration quickly evolved into a passionate project dedicated to the music and spirit of Phish.

Composed of seasoned musicians from bands like Bended Light, Woodwork, Last Fair Deal, Bennett Wales & the Relief, Dan & The Fam and Jupiter Bear, Lawn Boys bring an authentic and studied approach to their performances. Their lineup features Jordan Cooper (Dan & The Fam, Bended Light) on guitar and vocals, Jack Gallagher (Bended Light, Sicman of Virginia) on bass and vocals, James Dale (Woodwork, Last Fair Deal) on drums and vocals, and Caleb Stark (Bennett Wales & the Relief, Jupiter Bear) on keyboards and vocals. Each person in the band is a lifelong fan of Phish and their love for the music radiates when they take the stage together. The chemistry and trust in each other is immediately noticeable. Rest assured, Lawn Boys are not afraid to chase a deep type 2 jam and see where it takes them.
