I myself, Justine Markley am a Holistic therapist and coach specializing in childrens mental health through EFT (emotional freedom tapping) NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and breathwork, mindfulness and healing.
I will be giving the children the opportunity to express themselves through arts and crafts, healing AND learning all about meditation, breathwork, holistic ways to self regulate their emotions by feeling good!
