Join us Saturday, July 12th - we'll have TWO opportunities for you to get your sweat on at both 8:30 AM & 9:30AM! This week, we're at a NEW LOCATION - we'll be at Shingleton Hall at Shenandoah University for an energizing 45-minute workout, Burn Boot Camp-style. Whether you’re new to fitness or already crushing it, this camp is for EVERYONE at EVERY level– just bring a mat, water, and a friend (or three)!
