What to expect:
- You'll join a friendly group of like-minded individuals who’ll grow and learn together
- We'll meet weekly for a short talk and guided practice and the opportunity to ask any questions you might have
- Guided practice for you to take home each week and ideally practice daily
- Practices will start short and simple 5 to 10 minutes in length and as you progress in skill and focus they will gradually lengthen to around 20 minutes
- You'll finish the course with everything you need to continue to develop your own meditation practice, including an established practice and a deeper understanding of meditation
