Join Nibblins co-owner Blair Dolinar for a flavor-packed, interactive cooking class featuring a Korean classic—Beef Bulgogi!

We’ll begin with shaved rib-eye steak for the perfect combination of texture and flavor. Then, Blair will guide you through a delicious lineup of side dishes to complement your bulgogi.

To accompany this dish, we’ll make:

Beef Bulgogi – Master Blair’s techniques for this savory staple.
Quick-Pickled Daikon Radish – A crisp, tangy complement to the savory beef.
Ssamjang (Korean Chili Sauce) – Bold, umami-rich, and totally addictive.
Steamed Rice & Lettuce Wraps – Use crisp lettuce leaves to create custom wraps with all your favorite components.

During this interactive demonstration-style class (approx. 2 hours), Blair will walk you through the steps and provide options for modifying the dishes to suit your tastes—making it easy to impress friends and family at home.
