Advent Procession Service

The approach of Advent and Christmas is a unique time to visit Winchester Cathedral.

Attending a service is a great way to start your celebrations, and the first festive service is the Advent Procession which takes place on Saturday 29th November at 6.30pm.

A spectacular service of darkness and light, music and the spoken word, mirroring the journey of the human race from the darkness of sorrow and death into the light of Christ’s dawning Kingdom.

The service is 70 minutes long.
No pre-booking required and attending this service is free of charge, donations welcome on the night.
You don't have to be religious to come along - please feel welcome as you are.
