Pie Dough from Scratch – Learn the basics of flaky, buttery crusts: mixing, rolling, shaping, and blind baking like a pro.
Pick Your Fillings – Choose three from a list of delicious seasonal and classic options:

You’ll make your pies completely from scratch—dough to filling to finishing touches—with guidance from expert pastry chef Shanna Avila.
