Family Colour Run – A Fun, Messy, and Meaningful Day!
The Family Colour Run is a CHARITY event bringing together families from our local community. All profits being donated go to CIO FRIENDS OF WIMBLEDON PARK to support their projects, including park renovations, new sports areas, and public event spaces.
This is a non-competitive run – everyone receives a medal at the finish line! Participants start the race in white and are showered with safe, non-toxic colour powder along the route (all residue is harmless to wildlife).
Each wave runs 4 laps - 1.5km.
Schedule:
Wave 1: 1:30pm – 1:45pm
Wave 2: 2.00pm - 2.15pm
Wave 3: 2:30pm – 2:45pm
Medals: 3.00pm - 3.10pm
Grand Colour Throw - 3.20pm - 3.40pm
After the run, we’ll gather in the centre of the track for the Grand Colour Throw – a joyful blast of colour powder into the air! Additional colour powder bags will be available to purchase at our stall.
On the day, enjoy an ice cream van, food stall, colour run accessories, toys, and sweet treats. Expect water guns along the route to help the powder stick (a little drizzle will only make it better!).

Important: Children under 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Parking: Please arrive a little early to allow time for parking. Nearby options include Wimbledon Park Road Car Park, Home Park Road, Revelstoke Road, and Melrose Avenue.
