Appetizer - Bruschetta - toasted bread topped with a vibrant mixture of fresh diced Roma tomatoes, sweet basil, garlic, grated parmesan, olive oil, and balsamic.
Salad- Healthy and simple salad bursts with flavor of dill and fragrant herbs, salty cheese and a bright lemon olive oil dressing
Main Dishes:
Rigatoni with sausage, burst tomatoes, and zucchini - rigatoni in a slow-simmered tomato sauce bursting with flavors of Italian sausage, sweet onions, garlic, red wine, and zucchini.
Ragu Bianco - pappardelle noodles in a white Bolognese sauce - ground beef, Italian sausage and pancetta with sweet carrots, onions, celery, fresh herbs, garlic, lemon, and white wine all slow simmered and tossed with pappardelle noodles and topped with sweet basil and parmesan cheese
Dessert: Lemon Raspberry Ricotta Cake - a light, refreshing dessert flavored with fresh raspberries, lemons and zest and lightly dus
