Ready to show off your strength? See if you can hold a 5-pound stein longer than anyone else at Ambition Brewing’s Steinholding competition!
The last person standing not only wins bragging rights but also gets their name added to the legendary Trophy Stein, plus, they'll get to drink from it at a special draft price until next year's Oktoberfest!
Qualifying Rounds:
• Friday, September 19
• Saturday, September 20
• Friday, September 26
• Saturday, September 27
Championship:
• Saturday, October 4
Competition Rules:
• Feet shoulder width apart on the taped line
• Stein must be gripped by the handle
• Thumb rests on top of the other fingers, not on the handle
• Arm extended straight out, parallel to the floor
• No resting the stein arm on the chest
• No bending at the elbow
• Opposite arm may rest on the side or back
Winners of the qualifying rounds will return to compete in the final championship on October 4. Bragging rights and Oktoberfest glory are on the line!
