Vision Quest - 5Rhythms workshop

In the presence of the magical Teton Mountains, we journey on a vision quest to embody our deepest soul truths and embrace our wholeness. Using the 5Rhythms medicine wheel and The 4 Directions, we track where our energy is fluid and where perhaps it might be stuck. Bringing increased awareness to our patterns, we empower ourselves with the freedom to choose ways that are in greater alignment with who we are and are becoming. What are you calling in?
