Parent Participation Night – Gracie Jiu Jitsu Wilson

Step onto the mats and experience jiu jitsu through your child’s eyes!
Parent Participation Night is a fun, hands-on opportunity for parents to train alongside their kids and learn why they love jiu jitsu so much.

You’ll be guided through basic movements, drills, and techniques in a safe, welcoming environment—no experience required.

No gi needed — just wear comfortable workout clothes and be ready to move, laugh, and connect.
