New Moon Sound Healing Journey

Join me for an intimate sound journey (limited to 8 people) in a boutique garden studio in Wilmslow. We’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation to help you settle, before immersing in a soothing alchemy crystal soundscape layered with bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

This evening is designed to ease stress, release tension, and invite clarity. The vibrations and healing frequencies work to calm the nervous system, creating space for inner peace and renewal.

• Plush mats, blankets and eye pillows will be provided (no need to bring anything)

• A nurturing, small-group setting for a deeply personal experience
• The perfect midweek reset, leaving you light, calm, and ready for restful sleep

✨ Optional: bring along any personal crystals you’d like to charge during the session. Mats, blankets and cushions will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own comforts if you prefer.

• Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water to hydrate after the sound journey.
• This event is not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, or with certain health conditions (e.g. sound-sensitive epilepsy). If unsure, please check in with me before booking.
• Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the session cosy and immersive.
• Free on street parking available but please be mindful not to block anyone in or park across anyones drive.
