Gallop and Glow 5k for Justin's Place

The twilight will beckon as the blacktop begins to busy with the galloping of runners and the illuminating colors of glow sticks! Your spirit will be lifted alongside illuminating local businesses that serve horses and children in our community! We invite you to bask in the exhilarating aura of this magical event and showcase your running or walking skills!

Race route is at the Bluegrass Sportsman League, a 1400 acre property! Runners will enjoy a mostly paved with some gravel 5k run or walk, as the sun sets! All runners will get a race shirt. Prizes for top 3 runners in each age category.

All proceeds from this race will go directly towards serving extraordinary children through Justin's Place therapeutic farm. Justin's Place is dedicated to creating moments of peace and joy for children in our community who need it most. This is done through tailored recreational sessions that include therapeutic horseback riding lessons, interaction with farm animals, sensory activities, learning games and more! In 2023, Justin's Place served 60+ children each week through their one-of-a-kind farm in Wilmore, Kentucky.
