Woods Walk Group Hike

Participating in Woods Walk and looking for company on our longest leg? We've got you covered! Let’s team up to conquer the 3-mile route on the Kankakee Sands Trail as we travel through the preserve as a group and take in the sights and sounds of fall in the savanna and wetland habitat.

Fee: Free!
Age: All ages.

The entirety of the program is outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable hiking shoes.

The trail is crushed limestone.
