classic 1950’s motor lodge nestled in picturesque Wilmington, NY; the ideal base camp for those craving
the great outdoors and likeminded souls.
As with most mid-Century motels, the guest rooms are on the smaller side. What sets them apart is that
they are all recently updated, well appointed, cutely decorated and clean, clean, clean. They are used to
folks in Gore-Tex® and Lycra®, so they don’t have hangers or irons in the rooms. Both are available upon
request. If you’re looking for a microwave, you’ll find one in their Community Kitchen along with a small
stove top and oven. Don’t feel like cooking, they have a cozy restaurant onsite that is sure to delight.
Verizon Wireless® customers seem to be the happiest in terms of local coverage. The good news is they
have WiFi for you to use at no charge. If you’re looking for a good connection, gather around the
fireplace or firepit in the evening to share your day’s adventures or plan your next one.

Weekend Breakfast - Fuel your day with our popular, complimentary buffet
breakfast, Saturdays and Sundays from 7am -10am. Breakfast Bags - During the week, order a
breakfast bag for just $10 + tax. Each bag includes a bagel and cream cheese, Chobani® Greek
yogurt, two hard-boiled eggs and a cup of fresh fruit and granola. Order by 7:00pm the night
before for delivery that evening (Sunday - Thursday). If you’re not in when the bags are
delivered, they will be left in your fridge.
The Porterhouse - Kick back and relax in our pavilion, located at the back of the property. The
Porterhouse features a gas fireplace, deck and plenty of space to unwind. Canvas sides help
keep you warm and cozy during the shoulder seasons.
Fire Pit - Weather permitting, they’ll get a fire going in the fire pit around dusk. They supply the
wood for you to keep the fire going – you supply the fixins for s’mores.
Grilling Station - A covered as gas grill is available. That’s all we have to say about that.
Community Kitchen - Open 24/7, our Community Kitchen isn’t fancy but it has a refrigerator,
oven and microwave for you to use. Pots, pans and dishes are also on hand. Please make
yourself at home which includes doing your own dishes and disposing of any perishable food
prior to checking out.
Laundry Facilities - It’s $3 to do a full load in our coin-operated washer and dryer. Need laundry
detergent? That will be another $2.
