Mark recently partnered with Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa to create Honey Heat — an award-winning whiskey infused with locally sourced honey and select chilies, earning a Silver Medal at the World Spirits Competition.
Honey Heat is a bold fusion of smooth whiskey, floral honey, dried fruits, and a fiery kick of chili. Expect a delicate sweetness up front, followed by layers of dark fruit and a slow, warming finish. It’s where sweetness meets spice in perfect balance.
