Hand building with a ball of clay can be fun, satisfying, creative and challenging. Come explore this tactile, hands on making of clay bowls using the pinch method.

In the clay studio, enter the double doors and go straight back
In this 2 session course:
Session 1: You will have the opportunity to make two pinch pots,
with or without stamp designs.
Session 2: We will glaze the pots to make the glossy and functional. Come by yourself, or with a friend, or family
About the instructor:
Christine Siarka, has worked in clay off and on for about 15 years, almost exclusively hand building. She is currently creating luminarias and pinch pots for vases, planters and prayer bowls, in addition to other media. This method is very centering, grounding and fun. She has taught both adults and young people for over 20 years, in Ohio and Texas. She loves being a part of her students’ creative process. It brings much joy and peace.
