In this beginner-friendly woodworking class, you'll learn the fundamentals of table construction and woodworking techniques as you build a beautiful piece for your home.
You'll have the choice of crafting either:
• A small table(12x20x27): Ideal for an end table, nightstand, or accent piece.
• A plant stand (12x12x27): Perfect for showcasing your favorite greenery.
You'll select from two popular and versatile wood options:
• Red oak
• Pine
This hands-on workshop will guide you through:
• Basic woodworking safety
• Measuring and cutting techniques
• Joining methods (e.g., using glue, screws, and other joinery techniques).
• Sanding and preparing the wood for finishing
• Finishing options, including staining, painting, or applying a clear coat like polyurethane or wax
