Icebreaker Triathlon

Join the Icebreaker Indoor Triathlon in Willmar, MN, on March 7. A fun, 45-minute indoor race for all fitness levels at the Kandiyohi County Area Family YMCA.

How the Triathlon Works:

Unlike traditional races, this indoor event is based on time rather than a fixed distance. Your goal is to go as far as you can in each segment.
🏊 10-Minute Swim in the indoor lap pool
🚴 30-Minute Bike on our high-quality stationary bikes.
🏃 15-Minute Run on the treadmills

All participants must select a time to complete their triathlon.
