Part One: The Herb Thyme
We’ll begin with a warm, hands-on look at the familiar kitchen herb thyme: why this humble plant has been valued for generations, how it’s traditionally used at home, and why it has long been associated with clarity, resilience, and steady support during busy seasons.
Part Two: Guided Sound Relaxation
The second half of the afternoon will be a gentle, guided rest experience using live acoustic instruments in a peaceful studio setting. This session is designed to help your nervous system settle, release built-up tension, quiet the mind, and promote deep calm and rejuvenation.
