Kick off starts at 1pm- first heat will head out shortly there after. Bring your friends. We can accommodate to meet anyone at their fitness level.

It’s not just a workout - it’s a tribute.

Little kids ages 5-11 will start 2pm
Follow will be teens and then 5pm adult heats will start! Pot Luck to follow!!
