Age Divisions:
Age Divisions and Overall titles are open to all contestants, regardless of residency. Age groups may be changed based on participation at directors discretion. Age on April 25, 2026 determines your division.
Little Baby Miss- 0-12 months
Baby Miss- 13-23 months
Toddler Miss 2-3 year olds
Tiny Miss- 4-5 year olds
Petite Miss- 6-7 year olds
Junior Miss 8-9 year olds
Preteen Miss 10-12 year olds
Teenage Miss 13-15 year olds
Miss 16-19 year olds**
Ms. 20 and up
We will add a Mr. Blue Fire category(s) if there is enough interest.
Entry Fee:
Beauty(mandatory) and Blue Wear (Outfit of Choice) $75.00
Photogenic(black/white or color): $10 - extra photos are $5 each.
Prettiest smile, hair, eyes are included in your $75 entry fee.
Door Optional Categories $10 each or all three for $25. You have to enter to have the opportunity to win these titles in addition to the $75 entry fee. These are optional titles and can be double crowned.
Overall Most Beautiful – 2 winners – 1 will be selected from the 0-7 and the second will be
selected from the 8 and up categories. The contestants with the highest Beauty score
that enters this optional category will be the winner.
Overall Most Personality - 2 winners – 1 will be selected from the 0-7 and the second will
be selected from the 8 and up categories. The contestants with the highest personality
score in Blue Wear that enters this optional category will be the winner.
Overall Originality - 2 winners – 1 will be selected from the 0-7 and the second will be
selected from the 8 and up categories. The contestants with the highest originality score
in Blue Wear that enters this optional category will be the winner.
People’s Choice – This will be the contestant that brings in the most votes – Votes are $1 each and will be turned in at registration. Votes can be added during the pageant for your favorite contestant! The contestant with the most $1 votes will win the People's Choice Title and a crown and sash. The winner of this category does not affect the winner of the age groups or overall winner. This title can be double crowned.
Awards: Beauty winners will receive crown and sash, NO ONE GOES HOME EMPTY HANDED!!! Each contestant not winning a queen title will be crowned a princess. There will be 1 Overall Miss Blue Fire; the winner will receive a large crown, sash, and a gift. The overall winner will not win the Queen title in their category, but they can still win photogenic, theme wear, and side awards-hair, eyes, smile, and the optional Overall Categories (if entered).
Attire: Beauty - Ages birth-9 should wear pageant dress or Sunday/Easter dress. All young ladies 10 and up should wear a long evening gown or pageant dress. There are no restrictions on hair & make up. Blue Wear (OOC) All Blue Wear outfits must include some form of blue on them.
Judging
Beauty- Contestants will be judged on personality, stage presence, and overall appearance.
Theme Wear- contestants will be judged on personality, stage presence and originality with their outfit. Pro AM modeling is allowed but is not judged.
Judges are not to be approached before, during, or after the pageant. All contestants, family, and friends are expected to show GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP before, during, and after the pageant. Failure to do so will result in disqualification with no refund and will not be able to compete in future Williston-Elko or Barnwell County School District pageants.
