Making Maple Syrup

Learn all about making your own homemade maple syrup, identifying trees, grades of syrup and evaporators. $30 per person includes personalized, handmade journal, information packet on techniques and recipes, a pint of locally produces syrup and a book on making syrup or syrup recipes. Sample different grades of syrup. Enjoy maple syrup on vanilla ice cream and hot tea with syrup.
