ABOUT THIS EVENT

Join Dan for another Social Walk as we embark on a stunning morning walk along the jaw dropping coast of Williamstown. Get started for the day feeling the sand of Williamstown beach before looping back to where we started.

This is a dog friendly walk so feel free to bring your furry friends along too!

WHAT TO EXPECT

We are going to be catching those early morning vibes as we soak in the stunning sights of Williamstown. It's a lovely walk and we'll also be wandering past the Williamstown beach for anyone wanting a cold dip as well as the lush Williamstown botanical gardens.

The trail is a beautiful way to start the work day with a bang and begins with a positive group of people. Its also a perfect starting point for newbies with an easy and flat walk.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome to this event.

Once the hike is finished we will walk to a nearby cafe for a much needed coffee!!

START TIME AND MEET LOCATION

Meeting Location: Point Gellibrand Lookout (should be plenty of parking available)

Meeting Time: Arrive 6:00am for a strict 6:15am Departure.

WHAT TO BRING

- Water (at least 2L)

- Snack food for the walk if necessary

- Money for the cafe afterwards

WHAT TO WEAR

- Comfortable walking shoes

- Hi Vis (brightly coloured and reflective) weather suitable clothing (check weather the night before)

- Hat or Beanie

FINISH

The Hike should take around 2.5 - 3 hours with small breaks to enjoy some sightseeing. At the start of the walk we will gauge work start times and cater accordingly to make sure you get to your shift on time.

We will finish where we started and by this time you should be primed and ready for an incredible day whatever it is you're up to. Be prepared for excellent city views along the gorgeous coast of Williamstown as we finish the week off strong!
