About the event

Mindfulness Hike: "Walking with Grief"

Join us in nature for a gentle walk and reflection on the seasons of life. This program will use the rhythms of nature as inspiration for meaningful connection between participants as we hike along together.

This program will take place at Warren Prairie Sanctuary, which is located at 3300 N 050 W in Williamsport. We will meet at the Circle of Pines and begin at 3:00 p.m.
