Less than three in age group director has the right to combine
Miss 16-up will receive a scholarship to University of the Cumberlands and first runner up
QUEEN/KING IN EACH AGE DIVISION WILL RECEIVE A BEAUTIFUL, CROWN and sash 1ST and 2ND RECEIVE award . Everyone will receive a Certificate for Participation.
Optional awards Prettiest Hair Prettiest Eyes Pretties Smile and Angel Face will be awarded in ea group

POOR SPORTSMANSHIP WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ALWAYS REMEMBER EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU ARE WINNERS PAGEANTS ARE FOR BUILDING SELF-ESTEEM. CONTESTANT MAY WEAR SUNDAY BEST OR PAGEANT DRESS CONTESTANTS ARE JUDGED ON BEAUTY, GENERAL APPEARANCE, AND PERSONALITY. CONTESTANTS WILL MODEL IN A FORWARD T- FORMATION IN EACH AGE DIVISION. Director has the right the cancel or combines groups with less than 3.

I also understand Future Dreams & Enchanted Castle Production and/or facility that where pageant and activities are being held is not responsible for any accident, illness, property damage, loss of property, personal injury, or stolen property before, during or after the pageant. I agree to act in a positive manner at all activities and will maintain good sportsmanship at all times. I also agree that the judge’s decision is final and bad conduct will not be tolerated this can and will result in disqualification with awards taken. Understand that awards can be reduced based on the number of entries. All age divisions can be canceled or combined if they are less than three contestants in each age division or supreme group. By signing this form relinquish all rights to file a claim against Future Dreams & Enchanted Castle or pageant workers, place pageant and activities is being held I also understand prizes can be increased or decreased depending of number of contestants I also give permission to Future Dreams & Enchanted Castle Productions to use any photo or videos for publicity on website, Facebook, advertisement, and paperwork. I agree to pay all fees including but not limited to attorney fees in connection with the return of prizes that I have misrepresented information or bad conduct, not following pageant rules, bashing, or slandering Future Dreams & Enchanted Castle Productions Americas Fantastic pageants.
