MoSTAbility - Functional Mobility Workshop

4-Part Functional Movement Workshop
Fridays in October (3, 10, 17, 24)

Join in to learn the ways your body moves and new ways to move your body. All with a focus on the true three-dimensionality of functional movement. Each day we will focus on a different part of the body (ankle/foot, hips and thoracic spine).

This workshop's minimum requirement is to be able to walk into the studio. Beyond that, everything is customizable.
