Film Screening - "Together: Family Recovery"

As part of Recovery Month, SpiritWorks Foundation and the Historic Triangle Drug Prevention Coalition are hosting two free screenings of the documentary: "Together: Family Recovery," featuring Jan Brown as a subject matter expert. Screenings will be Sept. 17 at 6pm at the Regal Theater in Williamsburg and Sept. 25 at 6pm at the Regal - Kiln Creek in Newport News. Following the film will be a conversation led by Jan.

Film description: When a family member is suffering the negative effects of substance use, it destabilizes the entire family system.
Families often feel alone in their search for direction and
support. This film aims to be a lifeline for families and loved
ones, providing reliable education, compassionate actionable
solutions and the tools to become powerful allies in recovery.
