We’ll begin by setting heartfelt intentions at the altar of water, anchoring in stillness and clarity. Then, surrender into deep rest as the healing frequencies of sound wash over you.

Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable lying down
(yoga mat, blanket, pillow).
