(OPEN TO EVERYONE) We are doing things a little different this year! We are hosting a Triple Crown for the Annual STATE Pageant Which means you only compete 1 time on stage for beauty and 1 time for OOC (NOT MANDATORY) & can be crowned up to 4 times -2 Panels of judges
