Williams Lake Yoga & Movement for Vibrant Aging

For All Bodies, Ages & Abilities. Mostly Yoga with a Therapeutic Focus plus some other movement like Range of Motion of Joints, Ball Rolling for Fascia, Resistance Bands for Strength. Many Variations are shown so that you can choose the one that is best for you. Must be able to get up & down from the floor easily. Each class will include breath work, postures/ exercises & mindfulness practices. We will be on our back, hands & knees, kneeling, sides, on stomach a bit, seated & standing. Must have your own yoga/exercise mat. Small Class, Maximum 8 People so you have more Space & Attention. Must Pre Register & Pre Pay. 6 weeks, Fridays, 12-1:15 pm, Nov 14th-Dec 19th/25. $24/class + GST.
