Join The Mindfulness Movement at Matoska International for Pose & Play: Glow-Ga, a glowing, non-school day experience packed with movement, art, and fun for kids in grades 1–5.

This 3-hour camp includes:

✨ Glow-in-the-dark yoga and mindful movement

🌀 Blacklight games that get kids moving and giggling

🎨 Glow-themed art projects to take home

🧘 Breathing exercises and playful reflection

Wear white or neon to glow your brightest! Led by licensed teacher Tara Willits, this event blends movement, creativity, and calming techniques for an energizing yet balanced morning.
